Blood Addon: The Carnage Continues

I'm stuck at the exact same spot as the above poster! Episode 1 Map 4, Nothing Like the Rain. You jump in the water to collect the skull key and you have no way of getting out.

I've even read Harry's hint a few pages back, about how you need to use the building connected to the floating train to hoist yourself up.

Frankly, I cannot see anything sticking out for me to stand on

Any help would be appreciated.
