I recently purchased One Unit Whole Blood from Ebay with box and all. =) Cost was 110 euro ~ 150 dollar but what the heck was looking for it for years. This couple more Blood games to go before I complete my Blood collection .

Not terribly, I've had 3 of them already, One I have is sealed, one is open and complete, and the other now belongs to Dusty Styx.

There are few things I'm actively looking for at this point.
Those include:
Blood T-Shirt from store.lith.com 97-99
Blood 2 T-Shirt from store.lith.com 98-99
Blood 2 European Infogrames Replay Box (newly found this exists, a 4th European version of Blood 2... have a jewel case version, but no box)
Sealed individual boxes of European Blood 2 (every version aside from Blood Group I've ever seen has been opened, looks like Blood 2 in Europe only came in cellophane wrap, and very weak wrap at that from what I've seen on EU B2:Nightmare levels.
