it seems to me there is one inconvinience at least:
Reflective Shots: A rare powerup that summons a protective sphere around the player. This sphere reflects physical damage such as bullets or axe swings, back towards the attacker. This is better than mere immunity against damage since it actually makes enemies kill themselves. However, the player is still vulnerable to fire and spirit based attacks.
but as far as I remember reflective shots act in another way! it is even described in the manual (and probably readme). it is stated that reflective shots RETURN all the things YOU shoot, not reflecting enemy's fire. there is even something like "don't use explosive or fire weapons since they'll return too" (not remember exactly). i remember I always take reflective shots in express 666 (along with guns akimbo) and run into the last room filled with cultists. my shell count doesn't fall, so looks like it works really as "return player shot" rather than "reflect enemy shots" thing. it may work in both wways, but according to my memory and manual - wikipedia has an error. need to check it at home. what do you guys think?

nope, reflective shots creates reflective field that bounces physical damage done to the player to the attacker (monsters).
player is still affected by fire i think and readme/manual says something be careful cuz tnt can hurl you off the cliff to certain death or something.
also it doesn't protect from napalm i think.
