How long does it take xbox to ship you the return package? I have the infamous 3 red lights anytime I turn my xbox on. I've taken all the appropriate steps. I called xbox and they said they would send me a postaged paid package to ship them my xbox. Its been over a week. Where is the damn thing?

The actual fix (replacing the x-clamps) only takes a few minutes. It's a major problem with Xbox's though so they probably have thousands at a time to repair.
