Now the question is, do you have it honed so you can get it on the first jump... or maybe the 5th... 10?

Its an easy jump, use the cultist as a stepping stool, just avoid his shots or go back into the level and let him roam, peek out until you see him go between the 2 coffins or ontop of them near their heads, then run down and jump on his head and jump once more, youll slide right in.

Thats how Ive always done it at least.

That sounds like it'd be just as likely to get you hurt as the TNT jump. Zombies are easy to avoid, it'd be safer to lure / push one down after you've taken care of the cultists. But i was talking about the actual jump from the hole in the wall, not a steping stone.

I've only managed to do it first time once, I'm not the best jumper, sometimes if i can't do it like after the 7 - 9 time i give up all hope and move on lol.

Using enemies, hmmmmmm.....

Alright. Back to the question of monsters in the water.
The Haunting. Twice when you pick up the keys there’re two gargoyle statues ‘guarding’ ‘em. I used to do the following trick: just threw the statues into the nearby pool so gargoyles would respawn underwater. They didn’t die though.

Can this mystery be explained? :evillaugh:

The Dreaming God shouldn't be here right now, but he should mention that Gargoyles that begin in water live and spin!

Spin spin spinnity spin... spin spin spin spin...

Spiders that are spawned under water dont die either. I wonder if it's the same for hellhounds.

Come on, folks! I said it in the first post of this thread!

The 'pre-placed' also applies to monsters spawning in water.

heh. yea. in ganglion depths i always kill cultist first then carefully drop the stone gargoyle statue in the chasm, then cross the bridge. safe. same thing can be done in forbidden rituals at the very start, with tnt or just by pushing it in the area behind the stone wall to the left of the knife door if i remember correctly. then it's safe to pick the knife key.

but all that in case you're feeling merciful and not going for 100% kills, hehe.

I have a couple of very serious question for you:
-what is this?
Image
-and why is that?

I can’t remember I’ve seen anything like this before…
