I never really figured out how to do that..used to spend ages fumbling with it in single player..

In co-op though, I stood on the first open section then got my friend to catapult me upwards and I was somehow able to squeeze about the other section

Hooray! My walkthrough saves another one!

'Still kicking' is totally wussy. Like, little girls should play on Still kicking... sorry if I offend some, but this is fact.

'Pink on the inside', I must confess, I've never played fully on. It just seems like a cheaper version of Still kicking.

Lightly Broiled 'should' be the difficulty you begin playing. It's well balanced.

Well Done I still play for fun.

Extra Crispy isn't as enjoyable as Well Done for me, as Well Done feels more balanced.

Enough of my pointless rant!

I am proud to say that I found that super-secret myself. That's what you get when you're just jumping around the levels, frantically, blasting your way through. In all of the sudden I was like: "huh? what's this? a napalm launcher in the first map?? cool!

Indeed, Drakan. I've completed Blood on Extra Crispy many times. My present quest is to finish the Episodes without saving, loading, or dying on Extra Crispy! It's a hell of a lot of fun!
