I just built a new/old machine with XP so I can run Dedit again. I've looked briefly at some of the EDs and once i get some time I'll clean them up, close off holes and add some enemies. Unfortunately this is smack dab in the middle of the semester for me and with that and my job I cant promise anything real quick. But at least now I can map again when I have time. Of course when I make some progress this forum will be the first to know.VGames wrote:Hey ILA any updates on those maps you're fixing up?

Re: blood2 revelations!
As a question, would it be possible to stitch some of the smaller maps together to make them one coherent whole?

Some of these levels are seriously awesome. Especially the later ones which are pretty damn beautiful for Blood 2.

Incidentally dosgamer000, where have you been hiding? Had not seen you on here in awhile.

Re: blood2 revelations!
I've been spending some time on other sites is all. Maybe a little bit longer than I should have so sorry if you were worried. I came to post here because of this Revelations news being too big to not talk about.Tchernobog wrote:Incidentally dosgamer000, where have you been hiding? Had not seen you on here in awhile.

That's fine. I just like to keep our roster up.dosgamer000 wrote:I've been spending some time on other sites is all. Maybe a little bit longer than I should have so sorry if you were worried.

Ahhh, sideways references to other forums seem so off topic. I hope everyone feels as I do about the new forum's request for privacy by not posting their url, and I hope we all respect that request by doing likewise.
I wonder if that water mill would work in the shogo engine?

Why not try importing the map into Shogo?N0t_mINe wrote:Ahhh, sideways references to other forums seem so off topic. I hope everyone feels as I do about the new forum's request for privacy by not posting their url, and I hope we all respect that request by doing likewise.

Re: blood2 revelations!
It's something I should try. Blood2 and Shogo are supposed to have marginally different versions of lithtech. The few differences there were had to do with scrollers, or so I believed for the longest.

Well, I know for a fact that I was able to load Blood II levels, models, and textures into Shogo back in the day just by packing and unpacking REZ files:N0t_mINe wrote:It's something I should try. Could only get the levels to display properly with the software renderer though.
Re: blood2 revelations!
It's a tempting idea, unfortunately I pulled my nVidia card to get b2 transparencies working correctly. The onboard intel drvers can't handle b2 load screens and like to mess with bounding boxes. So that hilarous, slap stick comedy of getting the nvidia gpu and OS to play nice is in my future yet again.
