Hmmm... you should do the missing textures first then start with the high-res replacements... there are still textures missing such as that for the trees, breakable walls, skulls on a stick, and some others...

Also, do not go overboard with bumpmapping everything, K?

Not every body likes to do skins, )))000(((. If people want to do textures, feel free. The idea is to lend your talents to the project where you can. We have a good idea of where we need to go, and the order it should be done. But things like a re-textruing project could be done at any time.

They will be.
By default, everything is set to non-destructable.

Texture looks great! Currently on another person's computer with no Transfusion installed, but from the posted tex's, I am impressed!

Thank you ReFlex, for your contribution! Can we expect more from you? I would like to see some more :)

Wow, that's definitely awesome!!!
Thanks man, very good work.
Did you do these from scratch?
And are you gonna retexture the entire Bodies Map?

Well, judging from these (overglossed) screenshots I guess there is still one problem:

Could it be that the normal needs to be excatly inside-out?

And btw: Darkplaces wants _gloss and not _spec as a filename for some reason...

ReFlex, not all of our maps have been optimised for RT lights. So your textures will probably not look right untill that's worked on as well.

@ Willis: It wants _bump (even for the normal)

@Cruaich: In this case it's obvious...

Your the one that took the shot Todd, I was pointing out one of the reasons it LOOKS the way it does. It's not all going to be the fault of the texture.

Those high-res textures do look mighty fine, but not like blood. Not necessary.

Cruaich: Sure that the source of the problem is a not optimozed rtlights file (bb3 has one, but maybe it sucks?). That sounds pretty much like blaming lamps for holes in the walls :-P

Can someone make a normal that is inside-out?

Fiend: They are great (and can be turned off I guess).

I am looking farward to High Res replacement textures, they would soo make the enviroment look better...

Will the water be bumpmapped (it would make it look 200% better)? If all the textures will be bumpmapped, how much (%) would that decrease the FPS count?

Offtopic: How do i get the water to be translucent?
