I want to start skinning for the game, any help would be great.

For starters, most of us skinners, used JavaMD3 to view the models, through the ages.

It can be found here:

But sure to run md3view.bat from the installdirectory, or make a shortcut to it.

Iirc, most unskinned models should be included in the latest TF beta. I can't really be arsed to install it now and check. But if it's not, we can always send them to you.

They should be included in the *.pak-files, which are basically zips, so, if you rename them, you can extract them.

You know your way in Photochop or the Gimp, right?
