The Desura Linux client was released publicly last week and I have registered an account there.

Well this is something that was condemned to obscurity.
I'll take a better look at it when I get home, but I'm already thinking about making an account.

It is worth it just for the free games on there, let alone the ones being sold. At least in my experience.

I would, but I'm missing the games that are needed for the interesting ones to play.

I'm flat broke for the moment, so I'm looking at the free games, but none of them are standing out yet.

Ok, just so that people notice that there's something new here, I got hl2, hl2 ep 1 and hl2 ep 2 along with Portal (1) yesterday, So I now have a bunch of mods in my gaming slots, and I've been trying out Synergy on steam, it's rather fun to play hl2 with someone to watch your back.
