LoL, the Blood source code would be nice. I don't have any idea what they might plan, but I know that once the rights change ownership, the previous rights we were granted no longer apply should the owning party decide to disallow.
This happened with that "Ultima I: A legend is reborn" remake, I think. Actually they asked Richard "Lord British" Garriot if they could do it, and I don't think that Garriot even had the rights when they asked 'im.
