Oh how I remember the times of Nightmare 3D.

Of course it looks like a load of junk now, but back then (1994) I classified it as fun.

Looks like graphics have been made without importing from anywhere just painted in some editor. It'll be fun on a cell phone or small portable device.

Those screenshots are pretty funny, but it does look like it would have been a lot of fun back in 1994.

Here's some screenshots of Realms of the Haunting from 1996.

??? There is nothing wrong with creating graphics from scratch.

Nice vid DOOMLancelot, though you missed a secret room in the upstairs storage area in the beginning ;)

One of the most annoying things about Killing Time is the glue effect on walls, as soon as the player touches any wall, the movement becomes noticeably slow.

I just finished watching your entertaining Killing Time video, DOOMLancelot. That was pretty fun and enjoyable, kind of like watching the movie version of one of my favourite games.

It seems like you're enjoying the game as well, and I'll look foreward to seeing more.

Oh, and you are very welcome.

I missed a secret room, huh? It's a good thing that I can always go back and find it. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

What software did you use to record the video?

FRAPS: www.fraps.com
There's a trial version but it sucks because it will record 30 seconds of a video and then stop recording.

For recording out-games windows activity use
http://www.camstudio.org/
http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp
It can also record screen in games but Fraps works better unless you have super fast pc with obsolete videocard.

OMG. I want. Is there a possibility in that slim crack that there's a windows port?

Yeah actually, you could either have it for dos or windows, it possibly may be classed Abandonware, I’m not sure, though you can still purchase it on its official website, which also has the demo available:

As for fraps, I have a registered copy, but I can only record for so long until it eats up my whole hard drive due to the ridiculous size of the files it creates and the sound input is terrible.

There is no legally accepted definition of "abandonware", however if you can purchase it then it's obviously not abandoned. I thought there was a sticky post somewhere regarding the forums stance on "abandonware", but I can't find it. I might have to make a new one up.

Try buying an unused copy of this game somewhere. Studio 3do doesn't even exist anymore.

But I will respect the forum's views on the matter.
