It is online 24/7 but sometimes it may be down.
To see server You need to add my ip:port in your blood 2 server searcher ofcours.
If You are not able to join or something check if you patched your game the right way [extract patches at hdd not into blood 2 folder and then run exe for update, first do 2.0 next install 2.1].
My IP adress didn't change so I don't see any another problems.
You can also check server status via

If you want to bloodbath with me throw any date but, please, use GMT time system.
EDIT: CTF in Blood 2 need more maps and as we came to maps You need to know some are *bugged*.
At bugged maps console wont be very usable if You want to read archived messages cause it gives all the time somekind of coordintes message. Thats pretty annoying.

[when u select multi from blood autostarter it'll bring to You Multiplayer Wizzard where You can put it the easy way.
BTW To make your own profile (u choose weapons/skin)
do it ingame through Blood menu > bloodbath > character setup, save character to create it and select from Mutli Wizzard on startup.
You can't change profile in-game].
