Post by )))000((( » Fri Sep 02, 2005 04:01 pm

The only problem is that I know as much about modelling as a 2 year old about Tuberculosis...

Free-ish stuff:
1. Blender (GPL)
2. gMAX (3DSM lite)
3. MayaPLE

gMAX and MayaPLE have licence and product functionality restrictions, but you'd get use to an industry standard interface. Blender is a little obscure and the user interface is a bit more cryptic.
