So... what did you get?

How'd your Christmas haul turn out?

I'm starting to think my family is playing jokes on me for Christmas, a pair of pants and the 1976 version of King Kong is only marginally better than the towel I got last year.

I got a 17 in NEC flat panel monitor to replace my old CRT (that turned tinted pink every so often and had a loose power cable) The new flat panel looks great, but it has one permenatly teal pixel so I'm returning it and getting another.
I also got a spring loaded rat-shaped pellet gun target, it looks awesome.
My little brothers got an Xbox 360 too.

A 1GB flash drive that will serve greater purposes in future, a wad of cash, a lot of snacks and a kiss.

I believe "smeg" is a well known quote originally heard from the British program 'Red dwarf', a character called Dave Lister (which is played by Craig Charles) within the show often says "smeg" though meaning it in an unpleasant way, though most meanings that apply to it are all shown negative but can be used viceversa.

It's short for Smegma, which is basically genital boogers.
Wikipedia wrote:Smegma, a transliteration of the Greek word σμήγμα for soap, is a combination of exfoliated (shed) epithelial cells, transudated skin oils, moisture, and bacteria that can accumulate under the foreskin of males and within the female vulva area, with a characteristic strong odor and taste. Smegma is common to all mammals, male and female. Mycobacterium smegmatis is the characteristic bacterium involved in smegma production, and is generally thought to form smegma from epidermal secretions.
