Re: What game are you currently playing?
A couple of weeks late but Unreal Gold is amazing. One of the best single player modes in an FPS IMO.

Re: What game are you currently playing?
@Tchernobog I've played both versions of Bad Toys 3D. Kind of strange there are two versions with different colors. I've stopped playing Shadow Warrior and started a new playthrough of Blood. The way I usually play the game is original levels > Cryptic Passage > Plasma Pak because unlike Plasma Pak,...

Re: What game are you currently playing?
Vanilla or do you want to try BloodGDX just to shake things up a bit? I actually downloaded the latest BloodGDX not too long ago but it didn't work with my outdated computer that I still haven't replaced yet. Maybe it's not my computer and just the possibility that I didn't update it with the lates...

Re: What game are you currently playing?
Yesterday I finished the last official Shadow Warrior expansion pack, Twin Dragon, that I am aware of. Unlike the last time I played it, I was able to actually find the location of the secret level, Prison Camp, which has it's entrance exit placed oddly in the second to last level. Although the leve...

Re: What game are you currently playing?
As mentioned before, I've been playing a lot of Shadow Warrior. Finished the original game and I'm currently working on finishing Wanton Destruction again. I had to restart my whole playthrough however because the source port I was using messed up on me and the saves got corrupted. This problem has ...

Re: Favourite episode?
First episode for me. I just love the scenery and it really sets the tone for the rest of the game. Plus starting the game from the grave has always been iconic for me. "I live... again." Blood had a very good episode to showcase in it's Shareware demo. In most cases, the Shareware episod...

Re: Favourite episode?
Cryptic Passage is probably my favorite. Although it wasn't developed by Monolith, it had amazing level detail, decent gameplay, and plenty of ammo to blast all sorts of monsters. The final level (Castle) with the floating temple in the sky was cool to see and I wish it was it's own long boss level....

Re: What game are you currently playing?
Over the past couple of weeks, I've been mostly playing old computer games. In addition to the ones I mentioned before, I've started playing C&C: Tiberian Sun again. One of the skirmish maps I was unable to complete because the AI faction was colored green and the last unit I had to destroy was ...

Re: Ion Maiden
I don't really have much to say other than it seems cool. I heard about this game before a couple times in the past but never paid too much attention to it. Kind of strange to see non-fan games being developed using the BUILD engine in the modern day but then again, Duke 3D World Tour was also relea...

Re: Does anyone still map for Blood 2?
Hello DeadYorick. It's cool to see people trying to make maps for Blood 2 in the modern day. Many of the Bloodbath maps had really nice designs but very little single player maps were created by fans.

Re: What game are you currently playing?
I've started playing Doom and Blood II again after a long time of being away from computer games in general. I want to finish Doom, Doom II, TNT Evilution, and Plutonia. Then I'll complete Blood II and Blood again. Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior are also going to be fun to replay.

Re: F.E.A.R. Platinum comes to GOG
I have always had a petty "grudge" over F.E.A.R. because of it's existence as a horror shooter and how much Monolith latched onto it while Blood continued to be ignored. Granted, Blood II was largely out of Monolith's power and all the other legal BS that made things harder for Blood but s...
