If I'm not mistaken, WB/Monolith hold the IP rights to Blood 2 while Atari holds the rights to the original Blood. It's the exact opposite. WB owns the rights to Blood. Atari owns the rights to Blood 2 The Chosen. WB is the only one who can develop a Blood continuation or a Blood 3. Please see the ...

Re: Blood on TV Tropes
I was searching through TV Tropes and I found this page on Blood. What is Tv Tropes? well let the main page explain itself. Interesting page. Although it is worth noting that at the beginning it says that Blood II is "lacking the spirit" of the series, while at the same time using common ...

If I may direct some folks to look at 3DR's forum thread on Blood 3 http://forums.3drealms.com/vb/showthread.php?p=881520#post881520 Interesting thread, but what is all this stuff Damien Azreal is saying about the Blood rights being owned by Warner Brothers (Or AOL TIME Warner blah, bah, :P). I am ...

Speaking as someone to young to actually be a part of Planet Blood or even be aware of it at its heyday, even I am saddened by these continued warnings of its coming demise. Just looking through the archived content is enough to make you respect the website. It may even have contributed to my conver...

This is just getting plain weird. Ah well, gives you something to follow. Although I can see why, I do feel some of these recent hate comments I have found on the Internet are unfounded. They may have dropped the ball with DNF, but the Apogee legacy, at least in my mind, should be remembered fondly....

Re: Bloody Pulp Fiction Addon Released!!
only, which means it'll load the addon and DosBox at the same time and will not overwrite any files in your Blood directory. Hopefully soon, there will be a NON DosBox version.. Guess I will have to wait for this then. I plan to play it on an old Windows 98 laptop I have kicking around. Still, good...

*Walks into the room and politely coughs* Did I umm... miss something? Oh, quest to rid the earth of all evil. Umm, good luck with that. I have no idea why, my personal habits when it comes to storing my files and programs are disgusting, yet I always know where I can find my games. Maybe I am just ...

One complaint against Steam that has not been addressed here is the fact it is just a fancy DRM distribution service. I am not all that familiar with Steam and only know what I do from second hand information, but I do know about DRM and the legal and personal implications of it. It basically falls ...

Judging by some remarks on the Dave blog, it is likely they will commission another series. They are probably just waiting on DVD sales, that plus the good ratings it had should be enough to convince them to create more if they are interested. I am not sure if that is a good or a bad thing, depends ...
