I don’t think it was a hundred years. I remember reading somewhere 11 years passed from Caleb’s death till his “I live again!”. The only plothole I see is why Ophelia's body refused to rot. Perhaps Cheogh kept her alive only to slaughter her just minutes before Caleb arrives? See? See? That proves O...

Resurrection of the Chosen in Blood 2 is still an uncovered mystery. Just get used to it already!

I’d say, reading bloodhlp.txt can be very useful. This is how I learnt the story without having the cutscenes. I got a little curious as to if the Shareware CD had the movies on.. they do by the way. But here's the interesting bit. The intro movie is different in the shareware. It's still the chosen...

Actually, yes. And this isn’t a joke. Think of it: Why would a big strong male Gargoyle abduct a young beautiful woman? Certainly not for food. Certainly not for quenching his bloodlust.

Just imagine you read Russian, not English. That works.

Sweet. Thanks for sharing! :)

What’s that bloodied valve on Blood-1 ad? I’ve never seen it before. I thought the red handprint was supposed to represent Blood.

PC Gamer review: Does Caleb’s mortal form really resemble that of the Undertaker? Oh, probably I missed something…

Seconded! The best Blood-related post EVER!

Okay, I’m going to draw a picture of it.

Are LOIs really worth mentioning?

There was already a nightmare at 15 fps. Its a 1920 German impressionist film called The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari on which the level is based on. The gallery of dreams is based on existing paintings. I was talking about Bloodlines levels actually, not their real prototypes. There will never be anyth...

I have a question: does the voodoo doll really work this way? Blinding a person you use the doll against, making him crop the weapon? Or is it another fairy tale?
(I didn’t play BB).

To compare Bloodlines with Carnage: Bloodlines is an outstanding work, Carnage is a mediocre creation full of stereotypes. Please, don’t put these two in one row. Face it, there will never be another Nightmare on 15 fps or Gallery of Dreams. Carnage, though it does have great levels(as I’ve said ear...

Oh, God! It’s hard to read this English…

Well, anyway, little brother, if you came here just to say things like “something sucks” and “something kicks ass”, don’t bother. Such arguments aren’t very strong and helpful.

Well, whatchya name, Guest, I’ll tell you why I found Carnage frustrating. Certainly it’s not because of its difficulty. Most of the folks here played Nothing But Rain and said “Holy Cow! That’s amazing!”. I’m not an exception. This level is excellent, with a bit of Bloodlines feeling in it. But not...

Carnage’s a professional addon? Hahaha! Now, that IS funny. Is it because of cutscences consisting of photoshopfiltered screenshots? Or because of ‘reskinned’ weapons? Yes, Carnage has some great levels, but the rest is the same ‘standard usermade s***’. Unfortunately. I don’t have anything against ...
