Why are the minimum system requirements so high? If I remember correctly, Blood 2 needed something like 200 mhz and this needs 1.8 ghz. Maybe they did something with the source code or maybe Vista/XP/7 needs more power to run it.

It would be wonderful if they didn't just dosbox it, but: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DOSBox "GOG.com uses DOSBox for some of their releases." and http://www.gog.com/en/thanks/ "DOSBox Crew for their DOS emulator which we use with some of our games." I hate to be a buzzkill, but...

In terms of gameplay, speaking of Quake vs. Blood, I feel the same issues are raised when it comes to Doom vs. Blood, as id's games all have similar gameplay. id tech games are clunkier than Build was. Build's gameplay was very, very smooth, especially in Blood. The way the player moved is something...

Darkplaces is kind of system intensive. It's cool to have RT World shadows, but Blood doesn't need them. Qrack has always been my favorite quake port because it looks good and has a nice framerate, but it's probably unfeasible to move TF to that as I don't think it's as moddable as Darkplaces. Darkp...

and somehow your bias is the only truthful one? I didn't know we were talking about my bias, since I didn't delete the posts, but Dusty's supposed bias, which I don't see because he deleted both sides likely in an effort to preserve forum stability. So what the f*** are you talking about? Does ever...

Or maybe you want to stay "on topic" what you see fit... Anyway, the future of Transfusion looks rather bleak to me considering the fact it's currently handed over to a professional self-serving con-artist/salesman/charlatan and his team of (manipulated) yesmen with your approval... Yes t...

Apart from SP levels, an earlier beta had some unfinished monster models in it iirc. Hellhound and Cultist, also a render of the gargoyle.

Being an "attention whore" certainly does bring attention, even if half of what you say is later proven to be untrue. But in my opinion it would be a grave mistake to allow you anywhere near Transfusion, based on your past and everything I've read about you. I'm sorry, but hearing about t...

I suppose if the Hypertension team succeeds in their attempts of taking over Transfusion, we can all look forward to more brilliant posts such as Fiend's in the future. They are after all best known for attacking anyone that speaks honestly, and also feeding off of other people's work for money. Th...

But it now runs the risk of turning into a huge joke, after reading some of these latest posts about possibly paying mentally unbalanced attention whores, to promote and work on it.

I was the winner by virtue of hosting the server and not lagging to death. Z was lagging very badly for quite a while, Corbin's connection was decent enough to get kills in.
