I tried running it on Enterprise Edition. It didn't work out because the video card was older (a GeForce 5200) and Vista didn't want to let it go to full screen mode. I was told that this should go away with modern cards, but I've yet to follow up on it. DOSBox seems to run alright on Vista however...

I just rented it for the PS3 and the frame rate issues are the same that Lance mentioned but overall the game is really fun but its kinda short. I'm almost finished the game on Normal and it took 2 - 4 days I think

Do that then try Win98 Compatibility with Blood2.exe and Client.exe. Works for me
