Just finished playing FEAR the other day. The ending wasn't to bad, but it was a drag the first half of the game or so. I'll probably pickup FEAR2 tho, the demo was fun.

Your review goes against the grain regarding FEAR.
Is there anything in particular that caused the game to "drag"?
I haven't played it.

Level design.
FEAR suffers from a lot of "samey" levels, as the majority of the middle of the game takes place in environments that seem extremely way to similar. Makes the middle of the game seem to drag on a bit.

Yes, things were a bit repetitive.

I just started playing Dark Messiah of Might & Magic. I bought it when it came out but only played it briefly.
Also playing through Sacred 2.

Bloody Pulp Fiction and Prototype. Prototype is a great anti-hero version of the Spider-Man games.

I've been really addicted to Action Doom lately. Also been playing the new macOSX port of Hypertension - it works pretty good amazingly.

hehe, I stopped playing Morrowind and Never Winter Nights 5 minutes in for much the same reason. Talk about a system that sucks the fun out of even getting started, stupid D&D.
I've finally had a chance to play Painkiller and Painkiller Overdose. Good times.

I recently upgraded to a 2.4 GHz quad core CPU and a GTX 260. I've been playing Far Cry 2, Clive Barker's Jericho, and other games.

Isn't FC2 fun? It could have been so much better, but it kinda turned out to be a turd. Nice rig, btw. What kinda RAM?
