I dl'ed the b2 editing tools and found that setup wouldn't work no matter the permissions granted or compatibility mode setting. I'm assuming this is my punishment for upgradinng xp to service pack 3.
Anyway, what I'd like to know if if anyone running vesta or 7 has the same problem. If so I have an already setup version I could zip and upload somewhere.
Here's a dl link if you'd like to try to replicate the setup issue on your OS.

Meh, There is no way to sign the license agreement without running setup.
I'm not posting anything unless there's another way.

Re: Bllod 2 editing tools- setup not working
hmmm... I never had a problem with XP.
I know in Vista and Win 7 that I had to jump through some hoops to get it to work.

I started winrez experimentation 2 years ago with xp sp2 and had no problems either. The only major difference between then and now was an upgrade to sp3.

I can't honestly say if I remember running it with SP3. I'll give it a try.
Re: Blood 2 editing tools- setup not working
Might as well ad the B2 source code. The installer for that isn't working either.

Okay, there are a couple of p*ss poor solutions but most fans have higher system specs than mine so here's what can be done.
If you have xp, you can make a partition on your drive that uses the FAT32 format. Install the tools there and run setup.
Running an older OS or freedoom in DosBox also works.
