Episode 4 level 3 is titled "Charnel House" created by Craig Hubbard & James Wilson; E4M4 is "Crystal Lake" by Kevin Kilstrom & James Wilson and E4m7 is "In the Flesh" by Craig Hubbard & James Wilson.
However, in the file BLOODHLP.TXT at the credits it is written that E4M3 is "Sacrificial Orifice" by James Wilson, E4m4 is "Charnel Bog" by Kevin Kilstrom and E4m7 is "A Separate Piece" Craig Hubbard & Nick Newhard. Are these three latter maps indentical to the former three? Does anybody have them? What's the reason for the different titles?

Judging by the names of the old and current maps I would wager that they were just renamed, since "Sacrificial Orifice" sounds akin to "In the Flesh", "Charnel House" is rather boggy if I recall correctly, and "A Separate Piece" could have been changed to "Crystal Lake" to add just one more horror reference. I could be completely wrong though.
