Disappearing corpses for cultists in Blood...

Hello, I run Blood v. 121 using DosBox, I noticed that the corpses of the cultists I killed disappears after a while, like they dissolved. I has seen them dissolve before my eyes. Is this suppose to happen? Is it a bug?

Yes, it is an intended feature. They are reclaimed into the ground by their Dark Master (Tchernobog), supposedly to rise again as undead. (Of course, they don't rise again in-game, it's just a creative way of removing "extra" sprites so the game would run more smoothly.

At least all the other sprites bodies stay where they are.

Doom 3 and quake 4, it looks ridiculous. Not so much in Doom 3; at least you can excuse it for the fact that they're demons. But in Quake 4? Robotic bodies don't go dissapearing in a mass of electricity like that, it looks fukking ridiculous and kills the atmosphear. (did I spell that right??)

At least there's a mod to fix that.

if you don't like it blow it up/tear it apart. I do it to every corpse!

There is a mod in doom 3 and you can shoot again after they are dead.
