Unused sounds in Blood II?

I have downloaded Blood II editing tools and i unpacked the Sound.rez file.
When i started browsing through the files, i found out a ton of speeches that aren`t even used in the game.
For example, Gideon`s opening speech in the intro, "We are the Cabal...", and when he says "his name was Caleb, he destoyed our god and upsorbed the power of Tchernobog", and then roght after that it says something that`s not in the game, "but what did he do with that power?", after Gideon explanes how Caleb spent his 100 years, i mean where is that in the game?
Then i found out a conversation between two cultis, the conversation was a homage from Reservoir Dogs, when Bushemi says he doesn`t tip. There are a lot more unuused sound, i mean, i didn`t came across it in the game, or there is some big game bug?

There are a few things in the tools pack that are not in the original game I believe. Probably because the game was rushed to release and not really finished.

Can you pack the sounds so we can hear or even use them in other game mods (espcially Doom)

I am not used to using Zip Archives, but I figure that the majority of people here are Windows users so I used it instead of my regular Tarballs.

What I would think would be real cool would be the origanal Blood sounds extracted.
