First of all I have to say "Thank you , Thank you" again and again.
Transfusion is a great revieval of a fantastic game. :D

I really would like to listen to the cd-soundtrack while playing but I cant figure out, how to do this. I have downloaded the pak6.zip and unzipped it into the basetf folder. The volume in the options tab is set to max, but I cant hear a note. What am I doing wrong ?

Greetings from Germany,
Florian

That pak file is kidna old, sorry. What you will need to do is unpack the file and get the md3.s out. Pakscape works well.
Once you have the files, you can do one of two things.
1. Burn the md3.s to CD as audio tracks (starting with track2, remember track1 on the Blood CD is a data track)
2. Convert the mp3.s to ogg.s, DarkPlaces can read this file type. If you convert them to ogg.s, put them in a "sound\cdtracks" directory under basetf (.\transfusion\basetf\sound\cdtracks\) be sure they have the name format "track0#.ogg" 02-09

Mathieu already has an ogg pack set up if you are running 1.1beta3.

http://www.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?pla ... dtrack.pk3

"If you play Transfusion version 1.1-beta3 or higher and have the Ogg Vorbis DLLs, we also recommend that you download this extra package. It's the entire Blood CD soundtrack in Ogg Vorbis format (25.5MB). Put it in the "basetf" directory to get ingame music!"
