Hello Cruaich!

Like the 'pic of the day'. Exploding Morningside! ('Real' Blood explosions!)

Love the trees, lol!

Yeah, but when I looked at the shot I noticed the "4 FPS" at the bottom of the screen.

Good one, Cruaich! :D

I have a few candidates for future Pic of the day awards:

Pitchfork Murder:
Image
This one captures this very special moment when one guy slaughters another one with his pitchfork while he is still burning. :D

And Stay Down!:
Image
Well, what can you say... :D Nice light effects by the way.

Akimbo Drop:
Image
Poor guy didn't make it. His akimbo will now be mine!

It Burns!:

Hell, it's hot in here...

These screens also show DP engine improvement. Great work LH!

Nice screens! A random pic of the day would be cool.

Bumps on the floor, as with bumps on all surfaces, require bumpmaps. I think beta2 contained them, but I've seperated them for beta3 as they are incomplete and only roughly done by a person with little skill in texturing (i.e. me). If anyone wants to get the textures I've bumped, they can ask me after the beta is up. Or they can go and make their own :)

This is Darkplaces. The screens come directly from beta3. You just have to type some commands in the console 8)

I said that because those shots reminded me of the overglossed wax-like facade that Tenebrae gives to the textures.....

Commands in the console? What commands? My TF doesn't look like that.
