There's nothing wrong with the model. It's a hexagonal cilinder that looks kinda square in this shot due to the angle and heavy perspective distortion.
Actually, my skinning should cover that up.

mmm looks like a chuck roast. I think the end one is saposed to be a stomach though.

Yeah, a little weird, but I realy like the way the skin tone of that meshes with the bloody bits. It actualy looks like brused, battered, rotting flesh. The bone might be a little to yellow, maybe grey that down a tad.
