Hmm... XP only I see.

Cool. Thanks Damien. I'll let you know if I check it out sometime. With a review, of course.

Well, I decided a while back I would simply buy it the day it came out, regardless of what the reviewers said was slightly flawed, or how badly it would run. I'm like that sometimes. :P

My copy is on order. :D I never miss a Monolith game.

Except Shogo... but I made up for that... bought it, played it, beat it, love it.

Yep. :D

Sanity, Claw, Gruntz, and Get Medieval. I'm an a FPS fan, but Monolith is my fav developer so I have to try everything they've done.

How'd I get to beta test. Well the first round of testing was all luck. Right place right time, second time... I was invited to the pre-order test. And for the next one a entered a contest online. :D

Heh... I played Claw. I remember that my brother was obsessed with it.

Matrtix Online, Damien? Something tells me we're going to be doing this until we've gone through them all...

Okay, lets do this...

On the shelf behind me,

Claw
Sanity
Gruntz
Get Medieval

Either installed or on my cd racks next to my PC...

Blood
Blood: Plasma Pak (I have cryptic passage as well, but it wasn't made by lith)
Blood 2
Blood 2: the Nightmare Levels
No One Lives Forever: game of the year edition
No One Lives Forever 2
Shogo: Mobile Armor Division
Aliens Vs. Predator 2
Aliens Vs. Predator 2: Gold Edition
Contract J.A.C.K.
TRON 2.0

F.E.A.R. (open and closed betas)

Plus I'm carefully watching the X-Box FPS they are working on "Condemned: Criminal Origins". I tried a demo for the Matrix: Online... but I don't like mmorpg. So I didn't get it, but it was Monolith so I did try it.

Unless I've missed something that should be every Lith game ever made. :D If you want I could list off other games I have made on the Lithtech engine. :P

Yes, Condemned looks pretty awesome so far. To the best of my knowledge, first game to do blood RIGHT. It looks like one of those games that I'll buy regardless of what people say... Too many of those, lately.

The new-ish (July 30th) "F.E.A.R. Delta Level" demo movie they have over at 3DGamers is pretty cool. Though it concerns me a little with the way they seem to steer clear of all references to Blood. They make mention of NOLF and Shogo when pimping Monolith's FPS history, but nothing about Blood. Also this little bit in the guys speach at the end of the clip.
"It's all about theater of the mind. This is not about monsters jumping out of the closet and grabbing you and scaring you. We're not going for that 'B' movie horror."
... made me sad.

Well... FEAR is all about suspense and anxiety. I'm glad they aren't doing the whole monster jumping out "BOO!" type scare thing. That was Doom 3... FEAR is more about suspense.

I can't wait for this game to come out. :D

And I wouldn't read to much into them not mentioning Blood, they have a lot of people at Lith now. And most of them never worked on either blood title. Plus Blood didn't get them the attention that the NOLF series did.

Oh, I understand that it's a psycho thriller type game rather than a streight up "classic" horror. It's just that F.E.A.R. seems like it would have been a good opertunity to mention that Monolith not only has a history of doing FPS but also of doing horror. (Blood and AvP2)

Blood made Monolith. NOLF was good, but really it was were Monolith just stoped making crappy games.

I've never really been a fan of Monolith. Blood is where it's at... damn... do I sound as repetative and predictable as I think I sound?
