In original Blood, there is a football arena DM level and one zombie there to kill and take the ball (head of him) and make some score... 
It would be very nice if, in Transfusion, the fresh, just apart exploded head of Caleb (MMM i like that gibbage) would stay longer on ground, without desctruction after few hat tricks...
Of course it's not very important feature, but still a feature. And it's damn fun
