Well, Cruaich has his fine currently working on thread...
I guess I'll start my own for what I'm attempting to screw up...

as the quake-style HUD has been driving me nuts during the bit of Bloodbathing I've gotten in lately

Hopefully I'll have a good percentage of this done tomorrow, now that I've got the base of it done.

Thank goodness! Those Quake huds were baffling me a bit. This is how it should be. Thumbs up, Master of the Mask. 8)

HAHAHAA!!!! Glad to be an insperation.
That is SO COOL!!! That HUD really brings things to a head. Cant wait to try it out when it's fully functional.

I think the Beta had tiles with the beast biting, maybe for the bloodlustmode.

Is that still possible (in the future)?

That may have been a left over health indicator (like the guys face in Doom). It's hard to say what it was for exactly.

Oh, Willis there is one thing I think I left out of that HUD elements zip file. When Caleb is on fire there should be a layer of fire behind the HUD. I can't beleve I missed it!

not quite entirely.

Things remaining:
loading screens
some unfinished menu stuff (credits/about... the options menu will likely eternally be left in Quake format since it is so much more advanced than Blood's options menu)
multiplayer scoreboard... not entirely sure how to go about that yet.

but we're getting there... unfortunatly, I haven't been able to concentrate very well today... but I'm still working on the HUD.

**Aside from forgetting to log in AGAIN... Isnt that menu is NOT a recreated version of the Blood menu, But actually is the Blood manu? - I mean you just took the textures from Blood an put them into Transfuson....

For the menu, the only thing re-used was the blood drips (though we did make them larger)

For the HUD, the only thing not being reused is the fonts, since Blood seemed to handle it differently.

That quake-hud reminds me too much of wolf-3d (shudder) (played it to death toooo much)
