Why this comes everytime in screen when i play my own made bloodbath map?

I need help!

Since no one else has tackled this let me try.

Since the error is pointed at a tile file, is it possible your using a texture in your map that is maybe corrupt? Or possibly the tile.cpp file is corrupt? Have you tried playing the map on another machine?

I could be wayy off since I am not as familiar with mapedit as others are here.
