UDooM canceled by Id (similar project for DooM but over UT99 engine )

So, i begin to make my own MOD (Rising Hell) inspired in DooM over UT (Im thinking if over UT99 or UT2004) and i see this page and your project (im downloading the 1.01 version). Guys, i can use your zombi models in my mod ??? (Not are comercial and its free. Im using the trextures of FreeDooM and DooM Retexturing Project wichout problems and i make a free texture pack for UT99
