Thank you, Joe. Cradle to Grave lives again. Your conversion made me install B2 and Nightmares once more. Yay! My master plan is starting to work then!  BTW:I have tried the map and REZ without loading Nightmares and it does work but without the Cultists and exploding barrels and some ...

OK, here is a link to get the latest version of E1M1 that I have for B2, it is complete with all rooms and exploding walls and such. http://home.comcast.net/~jvolante6/B2E1M1.zip Please remember that this was just a "concept" map and is not completly finished. There are some small details ...

I never actually released the map, I think Cruaich and Pred might have played it, I did it awhile back during one of our great engine debates. I will see if I can find it when I get to my home PC, I think you need to run a REZ for the textures to work and it does have monsters in it to beat up on :D...

Is my version of E1M1 for Blood 2 considered a "Playable Demo" or "Proof Of Concept" ?    http://home.comcast.net/~jvolante6/Screenshot5.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~jvolante6/Screenshot22.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~jvolante6/Screenshot18.jpg http://home.co...

Actually you can do anything you like with the textures :) But if you do, it's between yourself, and Monolith or Infogrames or whomever. The transfusion people cannot authorize anyone to use anything that they themselves use for the transfusion project. I believe thats what they are trying to say :D

Oh, and on another note I just thought of that is also "killing" this project :D We are spending entirely wayyy too much time with stuff that dosen't need to be addressed with this project. I thought this project was to re-create Blood as close to the original as possible. We continue to b...

Mathieu, I think my point didn't come across very well, I AM hinting that an engine change might be necessary because we cant seem to code what we want in the engine we are using, again, as always, we are TOTALLY dependant on coders that are familiar with whatever engine. There are obviously more Q3...

How far does that dependency go then? Does this also cause the crouching problem for instance? Or is it only limiting graphical possibilities?
Unless there is an engine change with this project, there will never be crouching period.

Yes I am still around........ but obviously I don't read the forums everyday anymore since I seem a little late to this discussion..... My thoughts are these: As much as I LOVE this project, I hate to say it but,,, this project is destined to fail for several reasons IMHO... 1) This, (as any other p...

Unfortunately it is impossible without the Ed files. I had actually talked with a friend of a friend of a Monolith employee about possibly getting some of the original ED's released but as you can see, that never happened :D

I am also a big fan of the Nightmare Levels maps.

Have you ever tried Chasm-The Rift? It's the same type of game, never really took off, but it was wayyyy ahead of it's time. The first FPS with limb-loss and weather effects, I played the crap out of that game several times through. You can get it here if your interested: http://www.the-underdogs.or...
