In 3D mode you have to look at whatever one you want to move be it celing or floor then move it up or down to it's desierd position and hit alt f3/f4 while having the cross hair on the flood/cieling you want to move, alt f4/f3 set's the on/off position but i can't remember which it is mapedit will ...
