I think this was meant to be plain glass (transparent) flask filled with red liquid (at least at the sprite upper part seems grey). Anyway, the model looks perfect! But, as Slink, I'm afraid it wasn't used in-game :/

Rather than download it, I'll ask you, "What the hell is THAT?" Winblood I guess..... You know, IceColdDuke tried to make new, WinXP compatible, Blood engine based on Duke Nukem and Shadow Warrior sources. .... how can you be a blood fan if you don't know the story of winblood? Me?.... Al...

But what I’m trying to figure out it is if classic Blood can run through the Transfusion interface. Consider Transfusion as brand new game based on a old one rather than any kind of conversion. TF is NOT compatible with Blood files format, as well as it got incompatible network protocol. So, the wh...

My random guess: try to open Task Manager, browse DOSBox on process list, right click it and choose "Set Affinity". Set the process to use only one core (processor), this *might* help, as some applications tend to use multiprocessor enviroment in strange ways.

In order to play Blood under Windows XP you'll need one of following: - WinBlood - but as you've said it's buggy and doesn't work :/ It's sad thad IceColdDuke stopped developing it :/ - BuildXP ( http://buildxp.deathmask.net/ ) - nice solution to get it working on WinXP, but the sound is far from pe...

Calling Dark Messiah RPG is the same as calling Blood 2 or Diablo "RPG". This is simply FPS shooter/sword fighting, not much RPG in it, and it's barerly realistic - with high Stealth skill you can stand very close to enemies not being spotted, and that's sometimes funny to watch how dumb A...

I tried making a ini using the VLP entry: [winnt.storage] useNetware=yes But that gave an error saying "The following section(s) could not be associated with any module" As I said, there is no section in VDMS.ini that would correspond to networking, so it must be achived by external (non-...

In VLP file you got "Enable low-level network support" (or similar) checkbox, so when you check it networks magically starts working. But I got through VDMS.ini, Autoexec.nt and Config.nt and didn't found single line that this checkbox may affect. so, my guess is that it uses some external...

I think that installation of VDMLaunchPad is unnessesary since you don't use vlp shortcuts. Also, due to recent discovery of spanish Blood community (more detailed informations at Postmortem forums) new soundcard emulation software popped out: Sound FX 2000. They say it's faster than VDMSound, so it...

Can't make my mind which one I like more.
Those blood stains around eels mouth in previous version looked really cool. The new ones body is brighter and thus closer to original but those marks on it's side looks... wierd. Anyway, I like the details level of the new one.

Keep on good work :)

First of all, welcome :) Nice movie, are you sure it was done using dosbox? Blood in dosbox runs extremally slow due to complete emulation of 286 processor, whitch is very complex task. To get smooth play you'll need very fast processor, so don't expect smooth gameplay on anything slower than pentiu...

Just checked it once again, there is something wrong with my firewall and that was the cause that page didn't work. Looks promising, I'll play the demo once I'll reinstall my Windows and UT2k4.

It depends on what kind of mods are you looking for. I'm quite intrested in all mods connected to Unreal series, so here are some of them: Multiplayer: - Red orchestra - total conversion for ut2k4, Second World War, now it's stand-alone game distributed via Steam :/ - XMP - mod originally for Unreal...
