Could someone explain the blood palette?

hi, I know shadow warrior and duke3d have lookup.dat and palette.dat to define the palette they both use. but how does blood work? These are the files in duke3d and blood duke3d lookup.dat - 11kb palette.dat - 81kb tables.dat - 9kb blood cosine.dat - 2kb gamma.dat - 4kb lens.dat - 25kb beast.pal - 1...

Having a bit of trouble with Winblood...basically, Justin can't find where the Data4 value is being stored. Like if you're using Mapedit and you set the Data1-4 values for something (ie sound and distancing stuff for ambient sound sprites) Does anyone know anything about how Blood's data structures ...

I never really figured out how to do that..used to spend ages fumbling with it in single player..

In co-op though, I stood on the first open section then got my friend to catapult me upwards and I was somehow able to squeeze about the other section :twisted:

It's a whole new 3D engine. Don't think it has anything to do with build at all. I think it was the same engine used for the psx version of duke3d too.

you MUST get the PSX version (or the saturn..but really, you'll most likely run it on a psx emulator on the pc :p)

I love that game :D (the PSX version!!)

He's put the Shadow Warrior floor over floor code in to help us fix sector over sector. It's working well so far, just a few more bugs to iron out!
